I hate that there is no outside temp gauge. All I've got is this stupid Weather Channel bs that tells me the temperature from a half an hour ago

And the "traffic" info is ridiculous. It looks like some Pac-Man video game from the 80s

 

Meh the outside temp on my brothers truck and my moms truck are both off by like 10 degrees. That’s a useless feature I don’t really care for

 

Alex...in all honesty...my experience with outside temp gauges is that they are typically not very accurate anyway. The WC app reading is probably as accurate if not more so IMHO.

 

the one on my 2011 TRD seemed pretty accurate, I checked it a few times

It was super helpful driving up into the snow... at 70.. in the dark

 

You’re referring to the one in between the map lights right?

 

It was in the rear view mirror and so was the backup camera

 

Eric....you know as much about this as I probably do. But despite being an older system....it works fine for me. The traffic app can be a little hit and miss. Not sure where it gets it's updates from. But no complaints in the 5 years I've owned it.

I have my home screen set up with 3 windows (you can do 1,2 or 3)....audio, weather, and quick dial numbers....home, wife, 2 daughters. I also have it set to auto return to home screen after 30 seconds.

I knew all of this. No offense, but was that a question? This is exactly why I like the 14-15 radio more than the 13 even though it doesn’t look quite as nice and bulky as the 13

Why not the OR? The locker is great in sand and most of them are DCSB which I know you like. Pretty sure the trim level is just as good or higher than the sport.

I want 4x4 for the beach and that’s it. The Sport looks way better than the Off Road, and even if I did buy an Off Road, I wouldn’t be happy with the looks. It’s cheaper to just add an LSD or locker to a Sport than to add all the Sport body pieces to an Off Road. I won’t ever use the locker either tbh. I can get an ARB locker and compressor for $1500 while the Sport hood, mirrors, door handles, grille, and rear bumper will be more than that once it’s painted

I like silver. My 1st Taco was silver. Nice looking rig. Guessing the fact that it's not a Sport isn't working for ya though....right?
