    Never done it, it was wooded an we were clearing it for a homestead an it would of taken us years.
    This one supposedly has 5 acres cleared already for a house. This is ideal for me to build a cabin an big ol shop.

    Yeah, I want some space to have various things... was thinking of having a big piece of land in Sinton, Texas... 30 minutes east of Corpus Christi.

    Nice if we do it may sell the house an just live in a dang ol camper till shop is built move in that whole house is getting built.

    Nice. If I do get hired by the BP, I won't be able to live in the RGV sector, new McAllen recruits are being sent to Hebbronville, TX. If I get hired by the Highway Patrol, then I could choose to be stationed in the Corpus Christi area.

    Ya perfectly happy with it. We had some property an a nice little house when we first got married in Belton but sold it when I got out thought we were moving to Denver but it didn’t pan out.
