    I had a few baseball superstitions
    1. Did wash my socks after a win
    2. Slept with bat under bed
    3. Wouldn’t step on foul lines running off and on field
    4. Only drank blue Powerade
    5. I always had to wear the number two if i didn’t get it for all stars or what not I would wear my club team jersey on underneath. I almost didn’t play my junior year of high school because of that last one.

    Our coach has a shit ton of superstitions.
    • Only he can work on the mound
    • He uses dirt from the DR to get the game balls ready
    • Drinks a Starbucks Frapp every game day morning
    • He wears his lucky shirt that he bought the year he went to the State Tournament (2013)
    • Only buys Nike Trout shoes
    • Only uses Wilson gloves
    • Believes in "baseball gods"
    • Only he can touch the lineup cards
    • Has a special wallet for his lineup cards
    Edit: that lucky shirt has a big hole near the shoulder, but he wears it anyway.

    I would never miss the base like on a foul ball or something I would always touch the base instead of skipping second base and walking back to first. Also wouldn’t walk in front of the pitchers mound. And the baseball gods are real

    There's some really nice baseball fields here in South Texas, they're mostly in the Corpus Christi area. I've played at Whataburger Field in Corpus... that's where the Corpus Christi Hooks play, they're the MiLB team for the Houston Astros.
