    The stock brackets were made to fit 05-15, but they are discontinued and wouldn't work with the skid anyway. My custom brackets might not work with the skid either unless there's some cutting involved. If you have the patience for it, you should pull the trigger on one... You and me will be the only American Tacoma trucks with this grille guard. The company Big Country gave me 5 star service "only because we've never had an American buyer before."

    That's awesome! I hope you're able to get it to work, that would look nice together.

    I have an Avid bumper guard on the front of mine right now. I don't think they would work together unfortunately. Im all for being different though, so I say keep it up brother!

    Your truck is looking gr8! I thought my grille guard would've been made of flimsy plastic, but in reality it's made of a steel skeleton covered in polymer and polyurethane. Thing weighs 32 lbs! I was thinking it would've been more like 10 lbs lol.

    Thanks buddy! Finally washed it last weekend. Thats sweet, i didnt think those were made of steel either. Should hold up great. Mine also weighs about 30lbs. Still debating whether it was a good idea or not

    Thanks man! The lights are ridiculously bright. Surprising for regular bulbs imo. I wrote a thread reviewing them a while back if interested.. lots of pics in there
