    I’m 6’1” 195 I used to be much bigger at 210 with 4% body fat. After a lot of injuries I got chubby but now I’m back in the gym. My breakfast is 4xl eggs a half cup on spinach, two choped mushrooms and diced baby pepper with 6oz of steak. Or two servings of original oatmeal an a protein shake with an orange.
    Lunch is 7.5oz of tuna and with two hard boiled eggs and some fruit with a protein shake.
    Dinner is usually either a pound of chicken, ahi tuna, or steak. Mash potatoes or quinoa. With avocado and other veggies.
