Finally getting around to installing Wheeler's 3-Leaf HD AAL. Is it necessary to have an alignment done after the install? Currently running 5100's fore and aft. Front set to 1.75 with stock springs. Rear is 3-leaf OEM.

No alignment needed unless you changed something in the front.

Thanks for the quick reply. Front was done about a year ago, with an alignment immediately afterword. Just wasn't sure 'cuz I believe the Taco required a 4-wheel alignment.

To my knowledge, they only require a two wheel(front) alignment. But I have been wrong before.

I thought you should get a front alignment so that it would track properly with the rear since the axle is being separated from the leaf springs. Am I mistaken? Lol if so I've spent money unnecessarily at least once in the past :p

You should get an alignment. There is a lot of play between the centering pin and the hole which affects the thrust angle. Toyota dealer did an alignment after they installed TSB springs because the TSB calls for it.
