My dealer told me they couldn't get a perfect alignment because the left adjuster for toe-in is seized. He said typically when this happens they replace the entire control arm. I'd like to avoid that if possible.

Could someone show me where the adjuster is? I'd like to start hitting it with penetrating oil on a regular basis so that next time I need an alignment there's a chance it'll move.

    Thanks,
    dp

You can try with penetrating oil, but it will never come loose. The cam bolt siezes to the bushing on the lower control arm, making it impossible to make any adjustments. The only option is to replace the bushing and cam bolt assembly. I had to do the same on my truck, as two were seized.
The cam bolts are on the inside of the lower control arm, you should see a bolt head, then a circular cam right behind it (they are connected).
