Ha! Yeah, maybe take that photo during the day time. You have a hover truck from the look of that photo.

Agreed, the eyeball test seems to show it looks ok.
    But in person is different.

Thanks guys. With the caster 3+ it feel more planted. Also not rubbing on the mudflaps when turning anymore. Gonna be replacing them with different ones anyway but I digress lol

Alignment looks fine. Could it be better? Slightly. Will you notice the difference between .4 of a degree? Never and no one can ever say your alignment looks good from a picture. Looking at your numbers I would like to see the higher caster on the right, but the difference isn't significant so it should still track straight. It sounds like they did as good as they could and it shows.

Now when I say it could be better, it doesn't mean that anything actually improves. What happens when you get the numbers more in line is that the distance to a point when you will see problems is greater. What you will see over time from driving is that your tow will go negative and the camber to increase. So for now it is within spec, but over time it will change from potholes, spring sag, etc. As long as it tracks straight now and doesn't rub, you are fine.

One thing I did find odd is that everything in the shop was filthy as it probably should be except that monitor is spotless! Must either be brand new or the guy goes out of his way to keep it clean.

Did you ever find a shop in WMASS? I'm having issues too getting alignment in check. 2" Lift and my Caster is too low. Been dealing with City/Lodge Tire and I'm not sure they will do anything outside of factory too.
