At 1.75" of lift and caster set to 2.4, how are you guys not rubbing on at least one side? I'm trying to get my alignment sorted out. May have to try 2.6 driver side and 2.8 passenger side.

The settings in the above posts are what everyone seems to be using. My truck is at the shop right now getting it done. My problem with the alignement is that the camber was noticably off. Both front wheel seemed to be really wearing on the outside. Other than that, my alignement was perfect, it tracked straight, stearing wheel was straight, didn't pull. I just hope that its the same way afterwards with the above specs.

I really can't say anything about 1.75" of lift sinceI have the OME 885 coils and shocks with LR UCAs so I am suppose to be somewhere around 3". Unfortunately, I did not measure before the lift so I really don't know how much lift I got out of them. I have had no problems so far with those specs.

I just talked to the guys at the place doing the alignement, they told me they got it as close to the specs I gave them as they could, but 2 of the centrics(???) were frozen and couldn't be adjusted. If its not close, it will be going back to the stock configuration asap. I've had enough, and its not worth it anymore.

This is what they gave me today. And now my steering wheel is crooked.

^ Good idea. Dropped off my truck today to get the alignment redone. The tires rub on both sides. Going to get them to adjust the caster to 2.6 on driver side and 2.8 passenger side. Current settings: 2.1 driver / 2.4 passenger

The shop was reluctant to do it so I had to sign a paper given them permission. Dumb...

Had my alignement done for the 5th time today. Final Tire Discounters was able to correct the alignement into specs. I was about to just give up and put it back to stock. Here is my sheet.

Did you end up telling the final tire discounters to do the 0-0-2.4 set up like other posts were saying or did you just let them do it to what ever they thought. I take it the 0-0-2.4 are the numbers for the 1.75 setup correct. Doing mine this Thursday and well dont want this luck.

So, have a lot of people run into this problem when setting their 5100's to 1.75"? I just got mine in the mail today, and am pretty worried that Les Schwab won't be able to get the alignment done correctly.

I got the TSB done a while ago and thnking about the 5100's at 1.75 but it sounds like a lot of the alignment shops have a difficult time with this.. How many of you have had problems after putting one the 5100's at 1.75. Thanks

Yes, I took it to the first place 3 times and they still couldn't get it into alignement w/ the specs I gave them. Other than that I really haven't had any problems other that I have a humming sound coming from the back of my truck while I'm on the interstate. I'm not really sure what it is, when I get some time I'm going to investigate it a little bit more.

I'm going to get the 5100's installed Tuesday, setting will be .85 - what should the alignment #'s be ???

Everything I see here is related to a 1.75 lift -

I did have the TSB for the Rear Leafs done and realigned at that time -

    Thanks
