    Vehicle:
    09 TRD-Off Road PreRunner
TRD cat-back with Spintech prostreet muffler, AFE Pro dry S intake, 16" SCS F-5, 3.5 BS, 305/70 GT Radial MT, King extended travel front/rear, 2" add-a-leaf, Maxtrack Spindles, Sway bar delete, DSM UCA, All Pro IFS skid, Cab mount chop, bed cab locks, Black badges, cali raised amber LED fogs, 6K FX-R Morimoto projectors with 55watt ballast, fog mod, cheap rear dust lamp from autozone, Hellas 500 behind grill, Color match Satoshi Grill, Hood scoop, rear bumper by BTF, color matched Glassworks bed caps, Wet Okole seat covers
    Front suspension:
    DSM UCA
    Maxtrac spindle
    2.5 Coilover
    No sway bar

Before the spindles, I was able to get Firestone techs to adjust caster settings to 3.5, now they can't get any better than 4.9, which is causing a lot of rub when turning as the tire is pushed back further.

    Current alignment after trying to adjust: camber (L) -1.9, camber (R) -2.2, Caster (L) 4.7, Caster (R) 4.9, toe 0.

I watched the tech turn the caster cam on the rear until it "maxed" out. Tech pointed out that perhaps I need new caster bolts, but I don't really know for sure.

Couple thoughts, 1) I'm thinking the caster bolt is seized, 2) techs don't know what they're doing. I'm pretty sure I should be able to get a solid alignment without dramatic camber and caster angles. I will point out that I have a lifetime alignment with Firestone, and had two techs try to bring the truck into spec.

Share your thoughts and experiences please!
