Looks like I'm going to have to shave down the rear washer on the front assembly - does anyone know how much clearance should be on either side? Do they all have different clearance specs - it seems like some have more than others.

The instructions show to aim the cam washers down ie so the large part is under the bolt. I figure that I'll follow the instructions, but this is the opposite of the stock ones. Why do you think this is?

That is your alignment setting. Placing them exactly how they were will be best until you get it aligned. Don't go by that picture.

Thanks man. After messing around with the cams and reading about how the work I figured it didn't matter how they were when I installed them. I read a pretty good write up and just eyeballed it since it was after midnight when the truck was back on its own weight. I didn't do too bad imo:

You could have done better on the toe :gossip:

Is that as much caster as they could get? I'm assuming the truck is lifted with stock upper control arms?

lol I didn't care at 1 am outside on the street - I just had to drive a block to get to the alignment shop. I dialed in toe on my truck using the string method before and got one side completely in spec and the other super close before going to an alignment shop.

Caster is whatever at this point - I know 2.5* plus is preferable, but the truck drives fine. I'm more concerned about getting my sway bar back on. I'm on stock TRD coils and with gusseted sway bar delete spindles the truck dives in corners like crazy. The whole point of this was to take off my long travel kit though so I'm satisfied with what I have until I get the truck back to stock. More funds for my first gen engine build

On to the next project :)

Looks like they just got you in the green and caller it good. I guess the alignment isn't high on your priority list at this point though.

If it affects how the truck drives I'll address it, but until then there's things that are more important. Yes.
