Same thing happened to mine. Right side, forward pivot. Same vintage. The shop discovered it but I didn't notice anything when driving it. Sorry no pics.

I think so, but it's worth a call. Pretty dangerous IMO.

I have light racing ucas on my 2015 tacoma double cab long bed with a bds six inch lift and fox shocks with 35 12.50 18 tires and rims with a 5.0 backspace. We did the body mount mod which stopped the wheel rub but now it hits the rear fender flare.on our first alignment it never hit the flare but on the second it did.The second alignment was done after the mod and after cranking the front coils to give us 1 more inch in height. What do you think caused this change and what do you think of these numbers? The first alignment was with the tire pros.

I've not yet seen anyone using LightRacing control arms with a 6" lift.

That's a lot of initial caster.

I'd try going back to position E or maybe even position F.

I've got 6" of lift and 35's with LR uca's (and have a couple buddy's that do too). Position "E" works great for mine. I try to keep the Caster around 3.0 and it drives great for me.

Did you have to trim the body mount and the rear fender flare? What lift do you have?

I got to help out with my alignment today. We were able to jack the truck up on the alignment rack and adjust the caster.
Did not touch LCA bolts due to issues in the past.

Camber was at .2 on driver and .4 on passenger
Caster was at 3.2 on driver and 2.6 on passenger
Toe at 0 on both sides

Weird thing was when we adjusted caster for more caster on passenger side; It just stayed the same. Each time it would throw the toe off and when we would bring the toe back in the caster would go down. Its such a headache. I do love that you can adjust the camber with the sliding nut. Anyone got any advice. The driver side is set at C the driver and the passenger side is B.

I'm running 4" Maxtrac spindles and Icon RR set at around 2". I did do a cab mount chop. I didn't think I had to at first because I didn't rub but when i had 4 people in the truck i rubbed when in reverse. I trimmed some inner fender but no flare trimming yet. I haven't really flexed it off road just yet but will be doing so next month so we'll see.

What size tire and brand? My nitto trail grapplers are a large 35 12.5 18 also I have a 5 inch backspace rim.they rubbed the body mount on a hard left turn into a slight dip or incline.where as the smaller procomp extreme ll 35's the dealer had did not rub the bodymount but they had a procomp lift. All in all I was pleased with the body mount mod and feel it is necessary on similar tire wheel lift configurations

I have 35x12.50x17 MTR's. I have 4.75" BS rim and my Maxtracs widens my front track by 3/4" so maybe that has something to do with it. Yeah better to be safe then sorry.

Could my alignment numbers be off due to my icon extended travel coilovers? One side is cranked down more than the other due to the taco lean.

    caster on driver 3.2
    caster on passenger 2.7

It's not uncommon for alignment techs to add more caster to the right to compensate for road crown.

I actually did the alignment with the tech. We could actually jack up the truck on passenger side to make adjustments to the caster but the weird thing is that the caster never really changed when making adjustments on the settings.
