    So I will make the ball joint adjustment and take it back to check. I just need to figure out how far to move it.

    Why not just get them to move it on the rack , that's how we got around a seized cam on mine at Toyota

    Yea, the Camber change at the upper ball joint. The cams are maxed out to get the caster. That link I posted previously seems to be what I need to make the proper camber adjustment.

    Just loosen the top nut and slide the balljoint till you get the camber value you want , with the truck on the rack

    Those guys sound like retards , it's pretty simple to adjust the camber on the UCAs

    Yeah it's not rocket science. Pisses me off to hear alignments techs that aren't willing to turn a different sized wrench to achieve the proper specs on a vehicle. :frusty:

    Got my second alignment today (last numbers on post 624). I brought in F&Q sheet pointing out #5 and the install sheet. I think this better explained how to adjust th UCA's. No more rubbing. Numbers look good and drives awesome. The biggest adjustment they made was changing drivers side caster on UCA from D to E (on drivers side only). This is okay per Specialty Products customer service guy I talked to last week to adjust one but not the other. Tire is now dead center between fender wells. Did I say no more rubbing. Woohoo.....

    Where is your upper camber set at? Half way in, all the way in, etc?

    Looks to be about 1/4 (from maxed out) in toward coils. Here is a picture not that you can tell a whole lot. :) but may help?

    Back from another try, same tech though he seemed to be in a bad mood today. I'm still not happy with this but it's better than it was.
    I moved the upper camber to about 1/4" from coil(about maxed out to center), Lower eccentrics are still maxed out.
    I made paint marks where I moved the ball joint so I know it moved. Instead of adjusting the lower eccentrics the tech took it upon himself to adjust the upper camber slide, it's now sitting about center in its adjustment. They also left this bitchs note on my paperwork, did not tell me in person. The next time I go in I will be getting my money back for the alignment service, they just cannot get it right, which is within spec. My truck still looks like a ballerina.
