Alignment During/After Center Support & U-Joint replacement?

    2000 Tacoma SR5
    I'm replacing my center support bearing and drive shaft u-joints in my 2000 V6. Not sure if the u-joints are bad but I know they haven't been greased in many years and the carrier bearing rubber is completely shot.


    If I mark with paint the alignment of the shaft, should I technically be able to reinstall without issue? Hoping to not take this in to a shop. Thanks!

    Yep, just make sure the center bearing is lined up correctly.
