Here is the quick down and dirty.

Bought an 07 Double Cab with 94k miles on it, single owner, bone stock, very clean, everything seemed good to go.

Bought a 3" coilover lift from ToyTec, with fully assembled coils and rear add a leaf with the 5100's. Added the JBA UCAs to make the alignment process go smoother. Install goes great no issues done in like 4 hours.

Take it to the alignment shop, tech comes and asks me to come look at the truck (at this point all kinds of thoughts going through my head). ALL of the alignment tabs for the cam bolts were bent flat and the alignment was all over the place. Tech told me there was nothing he could do as all the bolts were seized to the LCA bushings. Told me to take it to a "heavy duty" alignment shop.

Tried for three days to get those bolts out and then broke out the sawzall and cut them out. Ordered new bolt kits, New LCAs and bent back all the tabs and welded them in place. The issue is, there are no alignment markings left from the old settings, dont think they would be any good anyways, but I need a place to set them all to so I can take it to get aligned.

Ultimate Question: How should I set the cam bolts for the drive to the alignment shop? Top dead center?

Without looking at it to see what the camber is, I'd say adjust the rear cams OUT as far as they go(moving the LCA OUT and I'd probably set the front cams towards the middle. If the tires appear to be angled(after acdtive around the block)adjust the FRONT cams to compensate.
