    Hi all,
Hoping to get some help with my alignment. I just had some new suspension parts installed and my truck aligned. The shop said they couldn't get the passenger side Caster in spec. It currently pulls to the left slightly.
    06 DCSB 4x4

    Moog:
Lower control arms complete with ball joints and bushings.
    Tie rod ends
    Sway bar links
    OEM Toyota cambolts and adjusters
    New Wheel bearings and hubs.
I didn't get the UCAs in time as I needed to get the wheel bearings replaced ASAP.

Question would new Upper control arms correct the out of spec caster on the passenger side?
    Was the alignment performed correctly?
I've attached a copy of the alignment report.

    Thanks in advance

    Hmmm.

Looks to me like the truck has been possibly wrecked or the RH corner involved in some type of impact (off road?) The diagnostic angles SAI and Included are not even or within specs.

Try taking a closer look at the spindle for evidence of bending such a metal/rust/paint flaking as often the spindle is a the one that yields.

Also, what is the condition of the UCA ball joints and bushings?

The stock spindles are garbage. I'd get you a beer thats where your problem is.

Thanks for the suggestions, The shop did ask me if it has ever been hit on the right hand side I told them no. I bought the truck used in 2013 with a little over 100k but with a clean carfax so I'm not aware of any previous damage although there may have been something. I'll check the uppers bushings and ball joints, and inspect the spindle.
I dont recall any trail damage from off roading, I did get hit on the driver side front corner but that took out the bumper and radiator support, it was repaired by toyota collision.

It's your spindle for sure. Do you have any alignment numbers from before the accident?

No I don't, this is the first alignment for me, that accident happened back in mid 2015 the truck was driving straight up until about 3 months ago when i started hearing my front bearings howling. the roads around here are not the greatest a lot of pot holes etc, can a spindle get damaged from that?

The spindles will hold up to daily abuse, if they were damaged it likely happened back in 2015 and whoever did the repairs compensated for the bent spindle with an "alignment"

EDIT: If you know who did the repairs on the front end -- call them and see if there was an alignment on the invoice.

I just looked through the paperwork from the work done but its mostly paint and parts, no alignment line items.
Pic of the damage, it was a hit and run in my apt complex, basically clipped the front bumper and pushed it about a foot into another parking space.
I'm helping a friend with his lift this weekend I'll inspect the UCAs and spindles.
