And if your aftermarket upper control arms are adjustable, make them shorter. That could be just the extra amount you need, but if not all the adjustment is in the lowers. Just remember camber=tire wear, caster=steering effort/the vehicle centering and toe=steering wheel straightness.

I would get a refund and go to a well known local tire shop and ask if you can watch and ask questions because you are curious. Request you want to see the screen before the truck is unhooked if the tech knows anything he will give you an explanation of his adjustments.

Took my car to firestone today for the alignment again and this time I specific ask one of the tech to adjust the camber angle and he got it pretty close to stock spec but he doesn't know how to adjust the caster angle. He spent about 1 hour to do my alignment and I'm still not happy lol. How do you adjust caster angle? so I don't look like a fool next time i take my car to firestone.

Good that they got the camber right! I'm not actually sure how to adjust the caster without Light Racing UCA's.

It should certainly improve it. Light Racing UCA's have adjustable caster and camber. The TC' s are fixed at 2* caster I believe.

on a cam system, the camber/ caster are dependant on eachother. when you adjust one you adjust the other. Wow! can't believe this person has peoples lives in their hands! Their alignment system even tells them how to adjust it! By this lack of knowledge, get a refund! The second guy did an ok job, but if there was that muck camber improvement from the first time, they had room to get the caster closer.

Those toe and camber numbers are much much better than before!! Caster is a low, but how does it drive? If you are happy with how it drives then I wouldn't worry about it. Camber and Toe will eat your tires, Caster is mostly for how it drives.

you need more caster, that can be achieved by adjusting the LCA first, bring the front of the lower control arm in towards the motor and the back out away from the motor, that will give you more caster, you want to see at least 2.5 on the caster, a little more helps even more and will stabilize the bump steer and make her drive like a dream on the freeway, you will brake much straighter too...you may have to 'guide' the tech a bit...

then the camber and final caster adjustments can be done with the UCA. The toe will need readjusting and is the last thing to be done (centering the steering wheel is also done with this adjustment), usually takes two go rounds on all of the adjustments before it is properly fixed...

your end figures should be like this.....

    Camber 0*
    Toe 0*
Caster 2.5* or a bit more

They won't give me a full refund since I already use 5 times, they only give me partial credit refund only. Could you show me the steps how to adjust the Caster? I know these guys are amateur, the front desk tech didn't even want to deal with me, after i told him all he has to do was to adjust the cam bolts for the camber angles. I kinda show them wsssup for this one but for caster i have no idea how to explain it to them.

Is it possible to report them to corporate (I don't know how firestone works exactly) or to the BBB or something?

copy and paste my previous answer, take it into the tech when you find a place that will do it right...they can work from there..

Yes report them and ask corp for a refund! Don't take it back, just cut your losses and find a local shop not a chain! You don't want them messing with your baby! They have already proven they don't know what they are doing, they even admitted they don't know how to adjust it! I can't really explain how to adjust without showing you. When you adjust one cam you have to keep an eye on everything all at the same time. It's not hard just confusing to explain. Get two wire hangers and look at them like the control arms. You want both tips(where the ball joints would be to be parallel aka. 0 camber) but at the same time you want the upper hanger/control arm aka. top ball joint more to the rear roughly at 2.5 degrees measured from the bottom ball joint.

It pulls because they didn't get the caster split right the passenger side should be roughly 1/2 a degree higher to fight road crown.

Post some pics showing the threads on your C/O's.

EDIT: And which Firestone did you bring it to? The one on Brookhurst and Westminster or Brookhurst and Chapman?
