No GOOD,, you need upper UCA's to get your caster up to around the 2.5 or more range

alignment numbers are utter shit there.

You want -0.2 to -0.4* of camber (to promote even tire wear inside to outside)

    2.5-3.5* of caster

and 0.1* of toe in per side.

you CAN get away with as low as 1.7ish * of caster but its not going to be the best drive, but as it currently stands the thing will be all over the road.

    UCA's are in your future.

positive camber that much only on one side.... yes.

Seriously, 400ish for some SPC UCA's and call it good.

It's a terrible alignment. 2.5* caster is good; both sides equal. Right camber is good on yours. Left side needs to be much closer to 0.0*. Your toe might be good...depends on what the thrust angle is. There are some alignment techs in Dallas who really know what they're doing when aligning Toyota pickups. Your challenge is finding one who knows how to do it and who cares about his workmanship. That little pickup of your must handle really badly set up like it is now.

Only a magician could fix that alignment without aftermarket upper comtrol arms.
