EXACT same thing after my dealer installed TRD lift on 2021 OR. They also provided alignment sheet with all numbers within spec. At first, I chalked it up to front needing to settle...it's been 3+ weeks and there really hasn't been any settling. Getting new rims/tires (17") installed today and will like return to dealer (or other reputable alignment location) to get a camber consult.

After lifting my 2021 TRD Pro, I had an alignment shop do an alignment. They said their printer didn’t work so there’s no proof of their “as left” readings. The truck drove fine but the camber was visibly WAY off. Similar to the picture the OP posted.

I took it to another alignment shop. This is what their “as found” measurement below. The curious thing is that the only thing in spec was camber which was my primary complaint.

New Alignment complete. Caster was the only thing I couldn’t get in spec. I expected that.

I had the tech place camber at +0.2 degree and place toe close to zero and let caster go to where it goes. We ended up with approximately +1.0 degree caster. Not bad for a stock uca.

I plan to drive it for a bit to see if I want/need more caster. It drives just fine now and my front tire no longer has a visible camber issue the OP described.

It’s interesting to me that there is a BIG visible difference between +0.9 camber and +0.2 camber. The picture below is my truck after alignment.

Caster though is way low. How does it drive on Highway? UCA’s help with caster as you know.

+1.5 to +3.0 degree is the original factory spec. I’m only half a degree off. It drives fine with the current +1.0 degree caster although not as good as my merc and beemer. They run crazy high caster.

I really regret it man I’ve been back there 3-4 times I’m getting a humming and vibration even after I tried a diff drop and ecg bearing its a mess I should have asked if they had experience installing it but I was the first at the dealership i was just the Guinea pig keeping the warranty sounded good but I wish I went with another suspension and have a off road shop take care of me
