FWIW mine pulls to the right also. Not what I would consider 'bad' and it varies with how much of a crown the road has, I've always chalked this up to the truck 'sliding' down the crown, whether or not that's actually happening or should happen I don't know, some roads I have very little in the way of right pull, other a lot more. I found a post on this forum about a guy who figured out the math to adjust the rated PSI (in the doorjamb) to what it is for 255/85/16 tires, and that was 40Psi in my case. I was running those at the door PSI, which I think is 30, dialed them up to 40 and it made a noticeable difference, didn't pull to the right nearly as hard, so that might be worth a check if you haven't already.

Also, have you been telling the shop about the right pull? I think they can tune this out with cross caster adjustment, there are some fine alignment people on these forums hopefully they chime in and get this sorted for you.

I was looking for SAI and/or included angle to confirm the following:
Lift tends to lower the SAI more on one side than the other. This means positive scrub is uneven side-to-side, which can cause a pull.

Im running the same wheels (mine are 16x8 -12 though) and I have a similar tire. No issues before my lift and no issues with alignment after the lift either.

only a 1.5 inch suspension lift

This will go a long way when "they" say it's the offset or the rim. Many Thanks!!!

Did alignment for a bit. If the specs are good, then you are good. You do not need an alignment after new tires unless your old alignment was messed up.

as long as all the rims are the same size and offset, they won’t make a difference. No matter what offset it size.

Most likely your issue is the tires. Had lots of times where people come in with cheap tires and the car pulled to the right or left. We would swap sides in the front of the tires and the issue went away.
So my bet is there is an issue with your tires.

look up ST maxx tires that people run on this forum. A lot of them also complain that their truck pulls to one side with those tires as well with perfect alignment.

I’ve had the same issues with my wildpeaks....I think I’ve had 2 replaced due to a tire pull. I will avoid them the next time, they have been good tires other than that. My issue tends to appear at random on a tire rotation. Although the rotation is strictly front to back, it still developed a tire pull. I’m at the point where I will not do a rotation again, whenever any tire needs to be replaced due to wear, I will get new tires, just not wildpeaks.

Thanks, it's not horrible but as soon as I let go of the wheel it starts to fade. But as everything is new, I was hoping there would be a solution for it. The shop has the put the PSI at 40, 45, 49 to test. No major change. It's set around 45 right now.

Going to see if they have done a road force balance and if that doesn't do anything might try different tires. The shop is at least being nice and said I could test another set of tires.

There for awhile certain Cooper off road tires had a reputation for pulling right. Like others stated try swapping and force balancing your tires and wheels.

Is the same company that sold and mounted the tires the company doing the alignments?

I'd tend to agree with those that suggested a tire issue.

It's not enough info to confirm unequal scrub.

Looks like they're just doing a toe-n-go and making no attempt at a "4-wheel thrust line" alignment; not to be confused with "total 4-wheel" alignment.

Cooper radial pull is also a possibility.

Yep, same shop that I bought the tires is doing the alignments. There doing the them for no extra cost so it's hard to pass up. I was hoping they would do a proper job. They are suggesting the rims offset is doing it but I don't feel they're the issue. I have an appointment with them tomorrow, I'm hoping they didn't do a road force balance previously and that fixes it.. Or try different tries as they said I could try some different ones. If that all fails then I'm definitely going to get an alignment done at a different shop.

What do I need to get the extra info. The "4-wheel thrust line" alignment??

Good to know about the cooper's. Seems like every now and then it's just a bad tire with different companies. Obviously this is my first time with the issues so I'm just trying to gather as much info as I can.

I've done the tire swap from side to side. Don't know if going front to back will help, I mean can't hurt though right, haha.

I've got an appointment with the shop tomorrow and I'm hoping they didn't do the road force balance and that is the fix.

I have a lift and 16x8 zero offset wheels with 265/75-16 Michelin tires and don't have any pull what so ever and I still have yet to do and alignment after the recent lift. Waiting for the front springs to settle.

Some tire shops don't have the road force (Hunter, I think it is) machine. I know Discount Tire does and I have them use it on both my truck and sports car.

You should check both the tire and wheel run-out on a slow spin when on the balancer.. sometimes tire ply separations won't be apparent on a balancer run-out check and only impact pull when weighted with the vehicle during use.

    **UPDATE**

The shop had done a road force balance, twice, so unfortunately that wasn't the fix. Just to make sure it wasn't something with the truck we put the stock tires/rims back on, annnnnd it went straight.... so the next step to fixing the problem is different tread/tire. New tires ordered and going to install Friday.

So I've been dealing with issues with my truck pulling to the right ever since I installed Falken Wildpeak sand it seems that allot of people with those tires are having the same issue. I even cross rotated them and still pulls to the right, I've had multiple alignments and no luck. Now I'm guessing its the tires.
