I have a 2015 DCSB Offroad with 5100's all around, 887 springs and Headstongs 3 leaf AAL. Also have Total Chaos UCA. My tires are 265/75R16.

The truck has a slight pull to the right. I got two alignments done from the same place, they even tried swapping front tires to make sure it wasn't the tires. Here are my print outs.

    Initial after lift
    1496507511124-1557078334.jpg

After first one which I asked for a 2.5 caster
    1496507580138-454993011.jpg

After they tried the tire rotating and still pulling. This is the numbers they came up with
    1496507683943-1388487946.jpg

It still pulls to the right some. What can I do besides find another place

    That's a lot of caster. o_O

Try lowering the caster on the drivers side. I'm assuming your roads have a considerable crown to them?

Yes and they test drove it on two different road types and I even tried every lane on the highway with the same pull

Lower the caster on driver side. They should know that.

How far is too far of a distance between the two caster numbers? I'm thinking they should lower both side closer to 3.0 anyway

    I agree.

    I'd try 2.8(driver)and 3.2(passenger).

Ok i eikk try to get then to lower the caster to those numbers. Different caster numbers wont prematurely wear the tires?

Caster is a non-wear measurement. It does not affect tire wear, only steering/drivability. It *should* fix your problem.

Awesome. That is what i thought. What range of toe and camber should i get then to stay around?

Sorry for all the questions as i am new to the lifted truck life

As close to 0 as possible and it looks like your setup will allow 0 camber with the caster you're after. They shouldn't have any issues getting it there since they were able to get 4.5° caster at close to 0 camber already.

Did you ever consider they are lying to you? Ever wonder why a straight axle in the rear has toe and camber?

I don't even think that's for his truck ... that is a print out for a 4wheel alignment.. Trucks get a thrust angle alignment... sorry to say but I believe the shop has got it "close " and is lying.

The rear number I could care less about because there really is not adjustment there. Yes 4.5 caster and ZERO rubbing now but holy crap the bump steer and still pulls to the right some.

It looks just like every sheet I've seen for a Tacoma. The rear axle is solid and not adjustable, but they still show the numbers. You can adjust toe slightly by loosening the u bolts and shifting the axle. Camber is never a perfect 0° even on a solid axle.
