brand new 2017 4x4 off road, new ko2s, stock suspession minus the 5100s in the rear. Toyota has aligned 3 times and still pulls right. Techs are saying that the tires are the issue, I don't believe that and are compensating with caster to push truck left. Any one have ideas or similar issues? It's driving me crazy.

Posting your alignment sheet would help out.

My truck has the same issue. Right pull. My right caster is 0.2 deg. closer to zero than my left side. Road crown and caster mismatch is likely the culprit in my case. Another alignment scheduled for Thursday.

I'm no alignment guru but those specs look pretty damn good to me. I'm bringing mine in a 3rd time to hopefully get specs like yours.

Side note: my right pull started when i installed cooper s/t max tires.

They tried to blame the tires. I simply don't believe that. Same dimensions. I personally think something is bent.

Well you're left rear tire is aiming out and your right rear is aiming in so yeah, that's going to shoot your truck to the right.

Loosen u-bolts with axle in the air(or as high as you can get it)shift axle as far forward in the driver side and rearward on the passenger side. There is no actual adjustment in the rear, but you can shift the axle slightly to correct a problem like this.

Point this out to the "techs" at Toyota since this is a brand new truck.

Your front alignment is awesome. It's the rear that needs attention. You shouldn't have a .5 difference in the rear.
