    I have same issue
While doing first service I’ve asked dealer to check my alignment. So they did and said yes there is a problem and did an alignment for no charge. When I pick it up I felt that it still pulling me to the right but yes not that much as before. Recently I did my second service and asked them to check my alignment again and dealer said “ oh it should pull to the right a little “. I’ve replied how come? He said “for safety reasons, it should help you not to fall asleep”. I thought he was joking at first but he was serious...

I'm ready to pull my hair out with the alignment issues on mine.
-2019 SR5 on stock wheels and toyo tires
    -32k miles
-been doing it since day 1

I've had the truck aligned 4 times. 3x dealers 1x alignment specialist

i'm constantly having to adjust going down the road.

If I put the wheel dead center, the truck goes hard right. I have to constantly keep leftward steering on the wheel to go straight by a few degress.

I'm ready to contact Toyota. The quality tech/engineer at the dealer says if they do much more tweaking i'll get bad tire wear.

Have them put a degree more positive caster on the passenger side than on the driver side.

How will this impact the centerness of the steering wheel out of curiosity?

It shouldn't impact that as long as they centered the steering wheel when they adjusted the tie rods. If they didn't do that then find another alignment shop to do the work.

Most vehicles pull slightly right due to the crown in the road. Some tires do it more than others too. Giving it a little extra positive caster on the passenger side can resolve it and has no impact on tire wear so don't let them convince you otherwise. If the steering wheel just isn't centered then that's an even easier fix for them.
