I recently needed a realignment and tire balancing due to pulling to one direction and some vibrations. I took my truck it had it aligned and right away noticed that something was off because after turning the wheel toward the end of its turn radius the wheel would pull to that side (on both sides). Also when the wheel is turned all the way and I move forward I get a light popping sounding like its coming from somewhere near the wheel/suspension.
I then took it into the dealership to have them realign it fixing most of the issues I was experiencing before but I still get a popping sound when turning the wheel all the way and moving forward. Nothing looks out of place or worn out looking at the suspension, tire rods etc..

Anyone have any idea what could cause this?

Sorry OP. IMO do t worry about it. What is perfect? Nothing. I have a 2019. After a lot of off-roading I have noticed some noises here and there. Until things start flashing grinding etc. no worries here. Enjoy your truck don’t sweat the small stuff

This is always hard to diagnose with just a description and no video. I would start by making sure that the alignment bolts have been torqued to 100ft lbs. I had an alignment one time where they forgot to torque these down and it cause a “clicking” sound that I thought was coming from my front suspension.

I torqued down the alignment cams and that seems to have worked. Many thanks!!
