So I ran up a 8” curb head on at about 3 mph. Seems like my truck took it. It drives normal, maybe the steering wheel is SLIGHTLY off. Do I need a alignment if it drives fine? Im kind of strapped right now.

You can goto a Firestone franchise and pay like 200$ for a lifetime alignment. Typically, this allows for an alignment every 6 months for free (after the initial 200$). Otherwise, it can be 65$ to a 100$ per visit at other shops.
    I prefer this one.... https://maps.app.goo.gl/588jzN8uvodceZBb8
