Just got my JBA upper control arms and king coilovers installed this last weekend. Have an alignment scheduled for Friday. Does anyone have a spec sheet to take in to the shop? We only have one shop in town and I’m not sure how knowledgeable they are with the higher caster upper control arms.

The alignment shops know the specs likely better than 90% of the people on the WWW, albeit Toyota AFAiK does not publish official specs for each vehicle.

I think there is a common misconception that the alignment specs change after a lift. What does change is the alignment and the ability to get it back to spec. When you lift, you lose caster and the maximum amount of caster. If you can get it back to spec, you should be good.

The TRD lift kit install instructions has alignment specs for after install. It doesnt replace the UCA but gives you toyota alignment specs after a mild lift (2in in front 1in in back I believe)

I figured they’d have an idea, I know I need positive caster after the lift since it moved my wheels back and am rubbing now. Just wasn’t sure how much.

I was told in here that the caster should not be the same on driver and passenger wheels. Otherwise it will cause the truck to pull due to the grade in most roads. Here is my alignment sheet. This was after I installed 6112’s IMG_2471.jpg
