Hey guys. At my last service a couple months ago I had the tires rotated (35,000 mi). I drove it out of the service bay and over the course of a few city blocks I noticed the alignment was off. Not terrible, but definitely off. Pulling to the right.

I went back and had them do an alignment check and sure enough, it needed a fix, which they did. All good.

Fast forward to yesterday at my 40,000 mi service. Tires rotated. I pulled out and once again, alignment is off. Pulling to the right again. The tires look fine. Mich Defenders are wearing evenly.

What's going on here? I can't be paying for an alignment every 5,000 miles. Nor can I let it go for fear of wrecking my $900 tires. Any guesses?

Try taking it somewhere else next time you get your tires rotated (or just rotate them yourself) and see if it pulls. That way you could at least rule out that the first location was responsible.
