I have a 2016 Tacoma DC with TC +2 long travel on Kings with reservoirs. 17 in wheels on 35s. Is there a certain way that should be aligned? I've heard something about not using factory numbers for alignment.

With 35s you want quite a bit more caster than factory...
I think the Total Chaos LT maxes out at +3.8 or so before you start sacrificing camber.
    I'd try for:
caster +3.7(+4 if you can get it)
    camber 0
    toe 0
Then just keep an eye on tire wear if/when it needs fine tuning later.

Basically, the most caster you can get, slight positive camber, and 0.06 toe in.
