I had my alignment done the other day at a Les Schwab. It still pulls to the left and the steering wheel was not aligned properly.

Do these numbers seem right? Why is the caster so "off" or out of spec based on what it says on the paper? Or am I misreading this?

Just enough to look kinda cool.
    2 things

    1. How bad does it pull, I ask because with the crown of the road it might pull one way or another depending on what road your on.

    2. I wouldn’t worry about caster as it’s identical side to side and isn’t a large factor in how the tire will wear.

    Yes, but not much...
I had this happen before, and had to take it back.

The thing that really bothers me is the steering wheel not being aligned properly. It stays turned to the left. When I try and center it, the truck turns right pretty aggressively.

The problem is Les Schwab. I've lost faith in all of the Oregon Schwabs after odd business practices I've experienced over the years. Alignments included.

Looks like they just did a "toe-n-go".
Your before toe was compensating for rear thrust. Now that it's even, there's a pull.

Did you get the call that it's ready for pickup close to lunch time or quiting time by chance?

I’ve never shopped at Les Schwab based on others experiences. Discount Tire for tires , local 4x4 shop for alignments

I did drop it off at 4 pm and they close at 6.... They guy I talked with said it was not a problem... so IDK.... I'm taking it back in the morning and will let them know about the steering wheel issue as well...

Guess its time to find a new alignment shop

    Yes...
Technically, you got a standard 2-wheel front end alignment with 'excessive' caster(unless you requested otherwise).
You need a thrust alignment with before and after test drives.

Should I specifically request that when I take it in tomorrow?

    You could...
I don't know why they even bothered measuring the rear if they weren't going to do a thrust alignment.

Pulls left, so steering wheel is cocked to right, correct?
My guess is you'll end up back at your before measurements.

Just enough to look kinda cool.
Depending on their machine it might just measure everything.

Why they even bothered putting the reflectors on the rear was my point.
They either had intentions to do a thrust, then said, "fuck it". Or, they never had intentions, but went ahead and mounted the reflectors; might have just been habit to mount all 4. Either way...

I know on our machine it wouldn’t let you do an alignment without all 4 on. Of the 100 some alignments I’ve done and helped we’ve only touched the rear end like 6-7 times but we had to put the rear reflectors on every time just to get the machine to work.
