    Hello guys
Anyone knows an alignment shop in TORONTO for our big tire problems?

I recently installed spc uca to go with my bilstein on my taco 2017..placed 33-12.5r18 on it..has some rubing so id like to bring it to a knowledgeable shop that knows how to deal with our common problems.

What lift do you have? What’s the width and offset of the wheels? Cab mount chop done?

Have you heard of the cab mount chop? Is that where you are rubbing? If so, with that lift, wheel and tire combo you could get the perfect alignment and still be rubbing. Maybe more positive caster (moves the wheel forward) will help, but if you’re offset isn’t perfect for the wide 12.5 tires you may have issues and will require a cab mount chop (CMC)

    Thanks @jerryb1984
I was hoping that i could fix it without doing the CMC..but if u are certain that this is the solution..that would be my last resort..do u think adjustng a more positive caster will fix it or not? If so then il chopchop it is

I am not certain. But most shy away from 12.5 wides as they can cause more issues. Look meaner especially with the -12 offset, but not the best for fitment

The bros4speed guy on YouTube has +10 offset 18x9 with 33x12.5s and doesn’t rub. That means his wheels are tucked in 22mm(.87 inches) from where yours are. It makes a difference. Good luck getting the rub to minimize.

Well what are your current alignment specs and how bad is it rubbing? You already heat gun the plastic liners?
