That looks like a $20,000 Hunter alignment machine. That would have a setting inside for adjusting camber/caster on trucks that tells you exactly what to do; which bolt to turn, and how far to turn it (lower control arm eccentrics, inboard)
that should theoretically get it perfectly centered within spec

in which case I'm unsure why the guy was not able to follow simple instructions on the screen

but yes Taco lean is a thing (supposedly caused by worn body mount bushings) that some companies market a spacer to fix, I think 1/4" inserted in the front left suspension

I do have 1/4" of spacer in the left suspension, but this is something beyond that, and beyond body mount bushings as the frame itself measures a 1 inch difference from side to side.

I’m about to give the bison cam stops a go this week. I did an alignment before so I’m hoping it’ll go easy

I wonder what the best way to install them is. The stock bolt uses a circle cam washer to push the control arm outward into position by prying it against the tabs with leverage. Then tightening the nut “locks” it in place.

unless you hold maybe a pry bar against the control arm bushing area or something wedged in there to try and hold it in place, it could slip out of position.

and the new lock cams can’t be used in the same manner to adjust the alignment because they are stop sign shaped and down rotate as a circle

It will need to be put back into place with a prybar/hammer, the old fashioned way. I think the best thing to do is mark your octagon alignment tabs to the old ones, and match up as close as possible
