I bought the Chaos Cam plate and tabs to solve my problems, one arm have both tabs bent backwards and Toyota service said it was because of my BILSTEIN 6112 to much down force lol all I could do was laugh about it ... They wasn't going to take any blame for it since they did do the alignment couple of months ago and it wasn't like that ...
I'm going to weld the plates and tabs today, had plans to weld them on the frame next weekend but probably have to wait until it gets out of the body shop! Yesterday someone on their phone ran into back of my Taco, I was able to drive it but the other car is total ...

Hopefully the alignment shop can set them correct again, the only thing i like about the dealer is there master tech really knows what he is doing. Just so much $.

Got the tabs fixed, bent them back up and had a shop weld 1/4” bar stock behind the tabs for reinforcement. Those things should never move again lol. Aligned perfected this time

Can someone post some pictures of this stuff so I know what's going on? What are these tabs and why do they bend so commonly?

They are super thin for what they need to do, toyota should have made them much stronger. If you google “Tacoma bent alignent tabs” there are alot of pictures and topics about it.
