maaaaybe, but mine are gusseted pretty good.

to come to think about it, the nut of the outer tie rod was kinda look on my D/S, so maybe the toe tweaked there, which may not have shown on the line I drew on the inner tie rod. It was pretty dark and dusty so the toe may have tweaked a little.

No, won't affect tire wear but it may make it drive funny. Basically you have one wheel slightly ahead of the other. The thing is, you have negative camber. That means there is probably room to add more caster.

What's the opinion on setting the alignment for the slope of the road? I told the guy I wanted 2.8 caster on both sides and he told me to set the driver lower like 2.3 or it would pull right due to the road........I told him to shut the F up and set them both to 2.8 (just not in so many words, he was 6'3" 250). He ended up getting me as close as he could but 2.6 on drivers side. Sure enough it does pull to the right. Very slightly in the left lane but def more in the right lane! Just live with it?

I prefer the right caster at .1 or .2 more to fight road slope. Any more and on flat roads it sends you toward oncoming traffic. You sure you didn't have caster backward or camber on the left being higher. You can add .1 or .2 camber on the left to fight road crown. Camber being more effective than caster.

I'll have to check when I'm home, out of town now! Camber and toe where slightly off from zero as he couldn't get it to what I wanted 0, 0, 2.8! Believe it was like .03-.05 for camber and toe, Just can't remeber off the top of my head. Think camber was slightly postive on one side and slightly negative on the other just don't remeber which one. The pass side rear cam bolt was seized and he was having a hard time with it and said if I needed to bring it back, it was cool bit it was all within spec and should be fine! On the freeway today the HOV lane had a noticable slope to the left and the truck was pulling left the whole time so?????? Prob just the MT's following the road?

That cam is in about the middle of it's range and could be adjusted either way but the other end of the LCA may be what is the limitation. For that reason I can't answer without seing that one too.

Yes. It can go more positive. That LCA is set for the maximum negative while maintaining a certain amount of caster. It could be they were trying to make it match the bent side

No. It's all the way positive. Pulling the bottom of the wheel in is positive.

Yes, looks like the passenger side is bent but what component? Your guess is as good as mine. Don't just throw parts at it. You should first try to determine what part is bent.

Ouch. Looks like serious negative camber.
