All 2nd gen Tacomas have a steering shake?

    2015 prerunner lifted 285/70/17 zero shake from 0-90mph not sure what he’s talking about “ they all have steering wheel shake”

    Mine does this occasionally, but not frequently enough that I've ever been super concerned about it. Maybe once or twice a month it will do it for a mile or two. Never understood why, and hadn't given it much thought until I saw this thread. I never noticed a pattern to it or certain speed or driving condition, aside from the early morning comment one person made. When it does happen to me, it usually seems to be in the morning on the way to work.

    Hah, I wondered if I was the only one. The upper portion/headrest on my passenger seat shakes forward and backwards like a god damn sawzall vibrator when I'm on the highway.

    Mine never shook at all until I rotated tires recently. For me it's most likely caused either by tire wear causing the balancing to be off or an odd wear pattern on the tires that ended up on the front.
