Hey guys Sunday all of my brake lights on my '95 hung on, I didn't know until I went to go to work today about 2pm and my battery was completely dead. I had somebody jump me off and went straight to work as I was already late. When I get there my lights are still on so I disconnected the battery to be able to start it when I got off at 11, so no chance to check anything tonight. I plan to check the switch on the pedal first thing, anybody have this trouble before or any other ideas off what it could be.

    Thanks for the help.

You pretty much nailed it the brake light switch is either out of adjustment came loose so it is closed all the time.

The switch has failed in the closed position .

That's what I figured and we are having one hell of a summer storm this morning in Marshall, Texas so it will be later on before I can check it out.

Got it lined out just had to adjust the switch in a ways to get a better push on the button, went ahead and tightened up the parking brake cable as well.
