    Hi there,

When I purchased my '14, I synced my phone to the headunit(touchscreen one) and all contacts(1000+) were transferred over(I believe) via Bluetooth. For some reason, now, several of them are missing off the list. When I go to the settings and manually click update phone contacts, it shows the number of contacts I have but it only sync's approx. 350 of them and says that the contact transfer was complete or update, but it's not all there. I don't think I had this issue before. Not a huge deal, but a couple of the contacts I wanted for the quick dial are not present on the list so I cannot add them. Any way to fix this? Everything else on the unit works fine(can read email, listen to music, etc.), as far as I know.

    Thanks,
    Mike

Don't have my NAV or owners manuals handy so can't tell you if there are any contact limitations mentioned in it. I don't have anywhere near 1000 contacts to keep track of (and I'd probably shoot myself if I did). All of mine are part of my Google Account (not just phone specific) and transferred to my system just fine (as they do between phones). You might try zeroing out the system address book and trying to transfer them again from the beginning. There's a procedure for "removing personal data" in the system that should clear it out for you and then a new import should be possible. Good luck. - MarkC

I to have this same problem. I have about 480 contacts, mostly business contacts. My sync will stop before it hits 480 & says complete. I also don't get the contacts picture to sync anymore. It used to. I did try the zeroing out suggested here, but no luck. Could be a bug in phone or truck, not sure who to blame. Anyone else out there have any suggestions?

Do you have contacts stored locally on the phone and then some saved to a sim card? The system might not read contacts from both locations. Just a thought, :notsure:

I think they are all on a Exchange account, so maybe neither local or sim? Not sure. I have a 2014 w/ Entune Plus, BTW. Thanks for replying.

I think I found the issue. I have my contacts linked to my google account because it's easier to stay in sync. Contacts will not show up on entune unless they are on your phone. That's kind of lame, but the best fix I found was to export my google contacts and import them to the phone. If you do that (assuming you have an Android phone and you can), that should fix the problem.
