    The water was very clean which made me think AC. I will check further. Not sure if sheathing goes all the way through firewall. Anyway, that's for tomorrow. Time for a beer now. I'm in Hawaii so not so late here. Thanks again for all your help. Hopefully I can return favor sometime

    @alaskasmitty: Have you had any issues since you made repair….

    I had similar issue, start/stall all cylinders misfiring. This post was very informing for t/s and sure enough it was the J12 connector had water inside..Weird thing couldn’t trace where the water came from as didn’t have any areas wet. I double checked the engine side wire wrap all way thru firewall to inside to j12 connector didn’t see any leaks/cut. It’s possible could be from that and following all way till end of the j12 connector (idk). I did the same re-wrapped all the wiring, cleaned it out as had some evidence of corrosion and put the J12 connector back. Works like a charm.

    @Dm93 thanks for the t/s guide for the all cylinders misfiring. Super informative, hopefully one day can return the favor as well.
