    Ratz.
This service is NOT for customers with "G", "V", or "H" engraved on their keys.

Not yet. What would I have to buy to do this myself?
Also can 2 more keys be added to the system without any problems on a 2015?

I got one of the all in one keys in the mail today.

I got the lock/unlock buttons programmed correctly and I got the key cut, however I cannot get Techstream to program the chip in it.

    Any ideas ?

Is the Techstream mini vci plug working? Because it installed onto my Windows 7 laptop but didn't work and had to find an old Windows Xp laptop for the plug to fully work with the driver. Pain in the ass for me because the eBay seller sent the package in a regular non-padded envelope and the cd came in pieces. And had to download everything. Those immobilizer plug-ins that they sell don't work either for the g code keys.

Yup i have a xp laptop. I ended up being able to program a transponder from a valet key from my old truck and put that transponder in the flip key.

Not sure why it wont program the transponder that came in they key.... should that transponder be a master or sub transponder?

You programmed a key from your Valet with techstream?? Impossible unless you reset the car which requires much more than techstream. You will not be able to add any keys with techstream if your current working transponder is a valet.

Removed the key programming option from my site. Too much risk sending programmed keys back and forth through the mail.

    Stock for now...
Now that's a bummer - but I totally understand . Losing a master/copy in the mail would really suck...

    No no, let me clarify.

I used my master key with techstream to program the transponder in the flip key. Every time it would get to the programming of the new transponder it would lose communication between the ECU and the transponder.

I had a valet key from my old tacoma that i do not have anymore. I successfully programmed the transponder from that to my current tacoma using my master key with techstream. I cut the transponder out of the old valet to use with the flip key.

Id still like to be able to program the transponder that came with the flip key. I just dont know where to go from here. Should the transponder in the flip key register as a sub or master key once it is programmed ?

All chips I send are masters.
"I successfully programmed the transponder from that to my current tacoma using my master key with techstream"
From THAT you mean the valet key you no longer have? Still doesn't make sense.

    Check out this video.
