All Lights work except Low Beams

All my lights work,Fog Lights, Parking Lights, High Beam Headlights except for my DTL and low beam headlights. Check the fuses for low beam Left and Right side and they look fine. Anyone have any suggestions??

When you turn on the head light switch does the indicator light come on?
(the little green light bulb under the tachometer)

If you don't have a multimeter to test the relay just take a another relay (of the same type) and swap it with the headlight relay.
