    Brief hijack to discuss a couple DC entries...

    First, Joker. Really really really good movie. Really really really bad comic book movie. I hope that this movie just exists on its own. I don’t want to see that Joker incorporated into a Batman movie, ESPECIALLY NOT ONE where Robert Pattinson is Batman o_O. Joaquin did a terrific job and his joker was really good but it wasn’t better than Heath. Out of the 2hrs and 10min run time I felt like I was watching an artsy drama reminiscent to an old gangster film and maybe only 10-15min where I thought “oh yeah this feels like Batman and the comics”

    Next up, Watchmen (HBO Series Premiere). I love Snyder’s movie and I love the graphic novel, and the prequels. I did not love the premiere, at all. It was not watchmen. It was a mess. I’ll keep watching, but with way lower expectations...

    Alright. Back to your regular scheduled Marvel talk. That Spider-Man...amirite :eek:

    I loved the Watchmen comic, and I thought the movie was as good as they could do in the time they had.

    Jackie Earl Harley as Rorschack was amazing.
