Yeah, I didn't realize how old it was. I just watched it a week or two ago. They brought up the 10 rings and I was like "wait, what?" That same 10 rings?

 

I had no idea. I was flipping through plus last night and just happened upon it.

I was surprised by the lack of D+ access for this movie too. I wonder if the Black Widow lawsuit deterred them. Either way, I’ll wait until it hits D+, same as I am doing with Black Widow (without premier access). I can’t bring myself to pay $30 to watch a movie at home one time and I’m not all that excited about any of the current slate of new Marvel movies at the moment

 

My brother has been avoiding reading anything related to Shang-Chi so that he won’t read any spoilers. I saw him launch an internet browser and right there on the front page of msn.com there’s a spoiler about the mid credits scene lol.

 

Currently up in the Poconos or we would have gone on Friday to see it. (We left immediately after work to come up here.)
I'll go with my son tomorrow night to catch it. We'll be home mid-afternoon

 

Saw it last night with the boy and we both thought it was great. I’m stoked to see where the characters fit into Phase 4 going forward.

 

Just got home from the theater.

I was surprised to see Wong from Dr. Strange had so much more than just a cameo. Honestly was hoping for Benedict to be in that mid-credit scene. Interesting to see Bruce Banner with his arm in a sling and not being the Hybrid professor Hulk. Brie Larson I can do without.

IMO this was like an MCU version of “crouching tiger, hidden dragon”
Used to love those cheesy Kung Fu movies as a kid.

I literally lol’ed when Ben Kingsley showed up as Trevor in the “dungeon”! Obviously linked to this one shot when they broke him out.
it was neat to close the loop

 

Didn’t much enjoy episode 4 of What If…? but I’ve also never liked Dr. Strange all that much. Tomorrow’s episode looks to be Thor centric, already sounds more promising…

 

Originally I wasn't much of a Dr. Strange fan either but he grew on me during Infinity War & Endgame.
