Kyle and I just went and checked out the spot. Got just a little taste. A little short rutty path was about it. Could see other tire tracks and someones plastic splash shield.

I feel bad for Kyle, every time we go and look for something it's a little anti-climatic and he's got a much more capable truck than mine. Central Ohio blows.

Got stuck on the way through. Hit the brake in stead of gas, lost all momentum. Believe I would have made it if I had hit the skinny. Made it back the other way though!

Got a pic or 2 of being stuck and pulled.

Oh no no, it was something to at least check out. It might not be so bad when it dries out and is not so soft. I got to bang my truck around for a minute and see how the new tires performed.

I took my daughter along, she had a good time.

    El stucko...

It's all good! We got to have a little fun with our trucks! Yeah, central Ohio doesn't have any good places to go offroad...

^Thanks for the yoink, least it wasn't like tying to pull my truck up a muddy slope in the middle of the boons or anything.

For real though, I always appreciate ya' putting up with my 2WD bullshit. And me having to watch my kid this time. And my sleeping pants...(off day = comfortable day)

I really am kind of an idiot.

Man I want a shot at Neils hill.

I'm down. I would say username "Remington" is probably down, too. We've got a couple other buddies with tacos too. Me and Remi don't like to beat on ours too hard but our friends do!

As long as someone else is going, even just one person, I will be trying to make the trip. Just want to drive off-road a little bit...so....bad.

Hey OP, I'm from Mentor Ohio right up on Lake Erie. I'm thinking I might be interested in joining your party if it's ok. I have a few mods to get done before then - raise my front billies up a couple notches, mount a front receiver and Warn 9.5cti winch, rear diff breather relocation. I have an ARB rear locker and air compressor but I don't think I can get that installed by the time of your meet. I'm looking forward to my first off road experience, that is if you'll don't mind having a nubee along.

you have to test your mods somehow right? might as well do it at the meet :)
