Yeah, I'd be taking too much of a hit on it so I'm keeping it for now.

It'd be a pain to install on a 6" lift. How much are you looking to spend?

I'm taking the 6" off and welding in a new cross member. As of right now I honesty can't say as I'm planning on re doing the rear suspension first. Since all it is, Is a lift block and add a leaf. I'm getting the all pro expo pack and foxes and will crank down the front coilovers as much as possible tim I save up to do the front

Good plan. My truck will be staying together as it is for now. I plan on redoing the front and rear suspension but not for a while. Once you're ready to buy you can try to see if I'll sell the kit.

What are your plans for suspension? SAS? Different set up of LT?

I'm leaning toward independent suspension front and rear. I'll be using a bigger stronger differential in the front to handle 37's. I'm not too big into rocks so I don't see the need for SAS. I'm mainly interested in the ground clearance for snow and rutteded out trails up here. I'll be doing a long travel independent rear as well. Kind of going with the H1 idea but with more travel.

Will you be doing it yourself or Fab-Shop?!..Assuming you've seen the IRS that Solo Motorsports built, it is a beautiful machine!

Yes, I will be doing the fab work myself. I'll outsource anything I need machined but the rest I'll be doing myself.

Do you have a link to the IRS build? Is this the H3 build?

It's an awesome build but it looks like they lost some ground clearance in the rear. I'm looking to gain some. It'd be sweet to see some videos of it. They did a great job on the fab work.

    Yea it's an awesome build!

Yea I'd love to see it rip through the desert and down some trails, I'll see if I can find any!

Oh wow very interesting. Definitely a sweet and unique concept. What is the advantages of doing this compared to what is available for the rear now? I'll look more into the H1 idea that is there.

The differential can be tucked up higher than an axle (unless it's a portal axle). So you would gain clearance that way but you don't get as much flex. Personally, 13 inches of flex front and rear is plenty for me. I don't do any hardcore rock crawling. I just want to be able to run 37's and have 17" of ground clearance for snow wheeling and deep rutted trails around here. You get a much smoother ride with independent suspension.

    Thanks.
