Bought the AP Baja tube bumper awhikle back because I couldn't wait to have one built and that was all that was available at the time.I couldn't stand all the open space and all the behind the bumper stuff showing. So I looked at the filler plate kit they offer only to find it only covered the two openings under the head lights and had two other pieces that went on top of the bumper. It didn;t fill anything that needed filling as for what I wanted covered. So, me and a buddy snatched it off and started plating the whole front, outside was easy enough but I now know why why the AP filler kit only fills the under the headlights. I don't even want to know how many hours we had in this project, I do know we could have built a cpl bumpers from scrath easily in that amount of time(wishe4d I would've now). Really could've used a plannishing wheel, which is the only thing we didn't have, would've saved a lot of work and headache. I'm not really digging the end result but it's better than what I had before but I'm never satisfied anyway. Still gotta add some loops for the head lights and tweak a cpl things and maybe that'll satisfy me. I do not recommend taking this project on as this bumper wasn't built to be plated later down the road and was a royal pain in the ass. Not sure how many times we were "finished" only for me to pul lit back off and redo something but I know it was painted 4 times before I said fuck it and left it like it is. I di get the skid plate done on the first try though.

After filling the first two openings which were pretty simple but the inside two openings were another story.

`WRONG, only the center opening is for the winch unless you're gonna run multiple winches in the front.

If I want to add a winch I can cut the center plate back out or just cut enough out for the fairway lead.
