Any chance one getting just the two hoops from the accessory rack by themselves in steel for a custom spare tire project?

I'm going to be mounting my CVT Mt. Shasta on an All-Pro rack, with the tent opening to the side. For those of you that have similar setups, did you run the support bars lengthwise or did you cut them down and run them across the bed. It looks like it would require some trimming of the aluminum mounting inserts to get it to work if I run them lengthwise. Advice would be appreciated!

I'm interested because I will be mounting the same tent on a pack rack soon.

    Check the build thread.
My CVT Mt Shasta opened up to the passenger side and the mounting rails went length wise down the bed and I didn't have to trim anything. I no longer run the tent on my PackRack (now on a trailer) otherwise I would take a close up shot for you.

This photo shows the Mt Shasta and the 55" awning mounted on the PackRack which was such a perfect fit!

Here is the best photo I could find of how mine was mounted length wise underneath.

Keep in mind that the cvt rails run 32" apart. So if you welded up the rack like I did you need to check how wide your front to back tubes are apart. I got the rack before the tent and didn't think about the spacing. I randomly welded mine something like 4" inches away from the outside bend. Of course with my luck it put the bars 34" apart and very hard to mount the rack correctly. I am currently having to weld mounting plates to mine to fix the issue. I can post pics later is someone want them.

Show us the pictures of your PackRack setup!
We have seen some pretty awesome set-ups on instagram lately.

Here is one we found on instagram that the owner, @toy_yoda_tacoma, has incorporated in 2 large ammo cans on a full height PackRack.

Do y'all still offer the bolt together rack? I didn't see it on your website.

We don't, the cost to produce the bolt-together kit was extremely high.

We send these out as weld-together kits. If you don't personally have the capability of welding it yourself usually a local welder can do it for you for around $100 or less.

We can also weld it together for you for $100 but it would have to get sent truck freight which would increase your shipping cost.

Give us a call and we can figure out the best options for you.

DefconBrix with his custom canvas cover down on his PackRack.
    * The Hi-Lift is bolted onto the PackRack with the optional weld-nut inserts.
    * Also attached to his PackRack is the 55" Awning from CVT using billet Fourtreks mounts.

We are still working out the details of offering a similar cover.

I got mine welded up last weekend. Hoping to get it dropped off at the powdercoaters next week.

Any chance you guys are going to offer any specials on the gear rack and accessory bars? Maybe a buy 2 bars + gear rack discount? ;)

Also, do you have any suggestions for a bolt-on solution for carrying a spare tire on top of the rack?
