I'd be proactive, dispute the charges, and find u bolts else where. I see 2 4WP in Ohio but I have no idea where in Ohio you are.

They are no longer an official vendor for a reason.

 

I talked to them a couple weeks ago after they moved to Cali so I know they were open for at least a little bit after the move. I may just go ahead and dispute and see where that gets me. Customer service has been horrible ever since I ordered. And I'm still waiting on brake lines from them too...

Crazy when you get good customer service how bad it makes some other vendors look. And you didn’t even buy anything from @Mobtown Offroad haha.

All pro did actually email me back last night already. I guess they were just having some phone issues. Everything is supposed to be getting shipped out today. I'm happy they did email me back and I didn't have to deal with a dispute

 

I don't do it to piss off other vendors although I've been told it has a few times. I do it simply to help out others only because I know shit happens and it can be really tough to get up with vendors sometimes, true for us too. It is really hard for us to take every call, email, message and tag when we are open. I usually have to get back to people once I am home because I have too much going on during the day.

 

Just know it’s appreciated.
