    back to being on topic

i love All Pro..they have gone out of their way to help me out on more then one occasion! it's why i sport the All Pro stickers on my taco.

one of those occasions was them staying at the shop well after closing time which is 5pm in order to wait for me to arrive from L.A. in order to fix some cracks that i found in my frame. we stayed untill just after 7:30 to weld up those cracks. All Pro hooked me up with repairing my frame. not only did they fix my frame, they stayed past normal business hours for me, and they did not charge me a dime. not many companies that is as big as an operation as All Pro is will do that!

then theres all the times when i needed parts ASAP.. and getting them the next day!

There's tons of back and forth on this... But their involvement on here and the "good" stories are enough for me to trust them with a chunk of my savings from the summertime. Cant judge if you don't got the experience, eh?

    SHIPPING JUST SUCKS. HARDCORE!!

So you like playing hot potato with golfballs in your butt?

i can relate lol...with both of my bumpers, front and rear.

the mounting hardware was all wrong for the bumpers. too many flat washers and not enough lock/split washers. front bumper was also missing a locknut but had extra regular nuts...minor stuff that was made to their attention at the time. i think i got a few ahem..soda can koozies from Sara to make up for that..

If it werent $320 to ship the leaf packs/shocks here, I could have had them installed over spring break. Gah.

patience is a virtue, I guess.

Interesting thread, and a good read.

+1 to the OP for bringing the issue to light, and +1 for All-Pro (Sarah and Jesse) for stepping up and telling everyone what is going on, for any company to admit fault and make it right is doing good in my books. I'm sure we have all been ripped of by a company who just took our money, sent us crap or nothing at all. So good job All-Pro for stepping in letting everyone know what is going on and making sure the customers are taken care of.

I have to say I have had great service from All-Pro, I did have minor issues but it was resolved quickly and PROFESSIONALLY which coming from a small company is huge.

Just my .02 cents, but I do have to say, they are probably one of the best companies when it comes to shipping to Canada (I feel your pain Hawaii members!)

ALL Pro is a great company with good customer service but like someone else said I think whoever is packing the stuff is not being very thorough. they should double check before packaging and shipping to ensure that you get what you expect.

When I ordered the u bolt flip kit it also came WITHOUT the hole to mount the bump stops. So I was not able to mount any bump stops, and still don't have any in the rear to this day. They also sent me the wrong extended brake lines once, they sent extended brake lines for a 1st gen and mines is a 2nd gen so I really believe its an issue with who ever is responsible for packing the merchandise
