I stumbled across a recent thread detailing an alarming experience regarding All-Pro Off-road's customer service (or lack thereof) and made a video on my take on the situation. I plan on making video reviews showcasing vendors (both big and small) who are true gems on Tacomaworld, but this lump of coal just couldn't be ignored.

The thread in question can be found here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/all-pro-your-customer-service-is-terrible.530306/

..and while the thread has already been locked, I still encourage anyone to dig around it a bit for more information. Though only open for about a day and a half, the thread above received 1200 replies spread over 59 pages and was viewed over 30,000 times. Heated for sure!

All-Pro's complete lack of response to a paying customer's legitimate concerns is beyond alarming. Since the above thread was posted, All-Pro has also been removed as an official vendor hear on Tacomaworld.

I'm sure tons of their customers have had pleasant experiences, myself included for the most part, but this latest stunt needs to be considered if you plan on sending some money their way.

As the head of the original thread, i can vouch, all pro is not by any means a professional company. Nomatter whats been done in the past. I had plenty of people share the same experiance as me.

I realise the OPs problem of that thread was solved, but I don't believe the thread should of been locked due to it, I'm still having my problem with them, and I definitely want to hear if anyone else has anything wrong, or to see if all pro would actually respond to it.

If a thread is locked, that means we're done with the discussion there and don't need to rehash it with a repeat thread and video

@Philly100000 if you're having a separate issue, and feel it still needs a thread for resolution, detail it in a new separate thread
