Yeah, I was told it would ship in a few days 4 different times, today being the 4th time... We'll see if it actually shipped this time if I get tracking info tomorrow.

Ordered my sliders and pack rack the evening of Mar. 24th and just got them in today. Got a surprising call from my office manager saying that UPS was here with some long metal things she thinks are for the tractor. Made a nice surprise when I saw what they were. The UPS guy was even wondering what in the world he was delivering. Thanks AllPro.

I picked up my aluminum pack rack today. Ordered 3/6 and it was freight delivered on 3/28. I won't take any pictures until it's painted.

What are you going to use to mount things? Fourtrex or something else? Kind of wish they could weld some 1" bars or plates in between the uprights for additional options.

We have all orders shipped so far except for 5 currently being made. We put a huge priority on getting these out really fast - better than the expected 4-6 week wait time even though we have been trying to get moved.

PcBuilder, on behalf of All-Pro I am truly sorry you had a bad experience but I can assure you we did not "try" to lie to you. I talked to the staff to find out what happened and I did get some answers:
    - There was a disconnect from our sales team (in California) communicating with our Fabricating team (in Montana) because of the move (multiple employees traveling to help with this move left our fab shop pretty limited) we had asked for a little more patience with getting orders out. Because you ordered a custom bolt-together PackRack (something we are considering not selling anymore because of the time in takes to make them) the production time to make these is almost triple that of the weld-together kit which is why it took so long to be made.

Please remember that lead times in this industry often range from 4-12 weeks not including shipping times - we strive to beat these times over our competitors even when we are in the middle of a huge move. I am again sorry that you felt lied too, not our intention. I know you want to never order from us again and have asked others to do the same (from your new thread) but if you ever need anything else from us, let me know I will make sure you know the lead time up front (with a margin of error) and will offer you a nice discount for your bad experience.

Thank you for your service to our country - being a prior Marine I know the sacrifice our service members make on a daily basis.

    Sean

You rock! Thanks for your positive attitude and patience! We have only 5 left to make which will all be done by the end of the week.

Awesome! That was fast ;) Excited to see your new presents installed! Keep us posted!

Weird comments… Yea, we could probably think of a few also lol

Thanks for replying to me

I felt it did have something to do with the move, and that's understandable. I'm just upset to have been told 4 times that it had shipped before it actually did... If I would have been told up front that by customer service that it was still being worked on because the bolt-together kit takes longer, I would have completely understood. The wait wasn't the issue, it was being mislead to believe that it had shipped multiple times.

Thanks again for a well detailed reply.

We are the same way.. When we order anything we of course want it the next day but it is the worse when you think it will be there sooner than it actually is - seeing the UPS truck just drive by your house is the worst! Your experience is not acceptable to us and it will be addressed.

We want to take a quick second to thank everyone for all your support with this GroupBuy during our move. We had quite a few last minute orders that helped us make this very successful and we can't wait to see everyones photos after installed.

We have only a few more orders left that are currently being built so we are WAY ahead of our first anticipated 4 week lead time! So thank you again for your patience as we knock out these last orders.

    Cheers

Just picked it up from Seattle Powder Coat. I'll get better pictures after I mount RTT, shovel, ax, and fire extinguisher.

You mind if I ask how much you paid to get it powder coated? Debating on spraying my rack or trying to get it powder coated. I have an All Pro rear bumper that I sprayed with VHT roll bar paint and it does not hold up very good.

Powder coat shop got my rack today, took less than 3 weeks to build and deliver. Pretty impressive, especially considering the move. Can't wait to get it! :)
