I’m looking to re-do the rear end setup on my truck. I currently have an archive shackle flip and extended shocks. I don’t love the setup. Intention is to swap to hammer hangers. I already have some 12” king smoothies and BAMF shock relocate kit. I’m looking for recommendations on a rear leaf Pack. I’m currently looking at either the All Pro standard or their expedition. I have a pelfrybilt steel rear bumper, and will eventually build a tailgate tire carrier, so let say I have about 200-250 pounds more than stock in the rear. I have an RTT but it is only on the truck during the summer months. I don’t want a harsh ride, but don’t want springs that will sag in a hurry. Right now I’m leaning more towards the standard pack, but am looking to hear peoples experience. Thanks.

Bilstein 6112's 5th clip 1/4" spacer driver's side. Icon tubular UCA's with Delta joint, wheelers superbumps, ECGS bushing. Allpro standard leaf packs, 5160's, U bolt flip kit with wheelers super bump's, extended stainless steel brake lines, carrier bearing drop. Icon rebounds 17" with Nitto terra grappler G2's 285/70/17's.
I currently have the allpro standard leaf packs on my 21 OR. I got 2 1/2" of lift but I have the factory tonneau which is very heavy and a bed mat. The ride is exceptional, about as soft as stock, but stays planted on rough stuff. Works perfect for me but I don't think it will handle the weight you're looking for though. You might have to go with the expeditions. Do yourself a favor and call Steven at Wheeler's off-road and ask him. He did really good for me. Hope this helps.

I have expeditions , they ride great both loaded down / unloaded. I think if you have extra weight far aft of the axle w / bumper & tire carrier you should definitely go with the expeditions Imho. Surprisingly, they do tend to rust easily even in Phoenix , I have to rattle can them once a year....

Shell, high clearance steel bumper with tire swing out, roughly 600 lbs constantly and I went with stage III u402 deavers. I have the BAMF shock relocation, hangers, shackles and the cross brace.

Coming from HD Dakars that couldn't handle the weight. Very happy with the deavers.

Extremely happy with my Expedition All Pro leads. They ride great and I’m 99.5% if the time it’s empty.

Elka 2.5 w/ DSC RCI Skids AP Expedition Leafs Leer 180
I have the AP Expedition leafs, only constant weight I carry is a Leer 180, which weighs ~300 lbs. I think these springs ride amazing, at least 10x better than the stock leaf pack + 3-leaf add-a-leaf I got from Headstrong. Springs are paired with Elka 2.5 with DSC. The truck definitely is +/- stiff, but it feels so controllable compared to stock set-up.

I ended up with close to 4" lift when first installed, they've settled down to around 3", which with 2.5" up front gives my truck a nice rake.

FYI, my leafs have started squeaking just this month. Not sure if it's the leafs or the shackles/bushings.

I have the expedition packs and love them. They're a little on the stiff side for the average user running empty I believe but the truck works great loaded. I use sumo springs as bump stops \ overloads. I also have BAMF hangers installed which made a big difference in how stable the truck tows.

I recently towed the race car out to New Mexico with about 1000lbs of payload and 500-600lbs tongue weight (~10%). The truck sat level (I'm +1.5" in the rear, 3ish in the rear), no porpoising, very stable. No WDH or sway control.
